- No, we keep it simple. We just charge a $20 set up fee to help cover the staffing cost associated with setting up a new rental from prepping the unit, meeting you onsite, and handling the necessary paperwork. Beyond that, any fees are optional services such as tenant protection plans.

- Storage is a month to month lease and it's becoming very common in the storage industry (especially in big box storage stores) to raise your rent as often as every few months once you move in. - Disc locks are highly recommended over standard padlocks. Disc locks are much more secure as they are bolt-cutter resistant and are compliant with tenant protection insurance plans.
