We are appointment only for office hours. Due to our small operations it is not economically feasible to staff full time. However, give us a call and we are only a few minutes away.

By far the most frequent question. Ultimately, it all comes down to the simple question - What are you planning to store? We recommend making a list of all the items you plan on storing in your storage unit.

An important consideration most storage customers forget to keep in mind is - How long are you planning to store the items? and Do you need to access any items while in storage?

This is a critical consideration when selecting the right size storage unit.

• If you plan on just using storage for a short time or will not need access, you can likely get a smaller unit to save a little bit of money.
• If you plan to use it long-term or need to access your belongings while in storage; we highly recommend getting a larger unit so you have space to move around your unit and get to what you need to.

No worries! This happens all the time. We typically meet you when you move in to best help determine if everything will fit. If you need more space we can upgrade you to a larger unit or find you a second unit nearby at a discount.

Depends what you are storing! Rossville temperatures fluctuate and NW Georgia humidity is no joke. If you are storing items such as furniture, electronics, clothing, musical instruments, art, documents, or valuable; then climate control upgrade is recommended.

Yes, many of our units offer convenient drive-up access for easy loading and unloading.

All units are ground level at Easy Self Storage making it quick and easy to unload from your vehicle. No need for stairs or elevator.

We offer a wide variety of storage unit sizes including small units, medium units, large units, and Extra-Large Storage units. Our smallest unit is a 5x5 which is similar to deep closet while our largest unit is a 31X30 perfect for commercial storage or vehicle boat storage. We have all different sizes in between. Stanard industry practiace and in accordance with the Georgia Self Storage Lease strucutre the following Items not allowed to be stored in storage units: Food or perishable goods, odorous/noxious materials, hazardous/flammable materials, batteries, wet materials, living things, firearms, or illegal items. These items are prohibited for the protections of everyone's belongings. They are outlined in the lease and posted at the facility gate and are for the protection of everyone's belongings in the storage facility.

Yes - Easy Self Storage has several large units large enough to park a vehicle and/or boat at our location off McFarland Ave. These are fully enclosed units ensuring they are protected from the elements and secure.

Our Storage Units are month to month; with no long term contract. The month you move in, your monthly rate will be prorated to the day. Rent is due 1st of the month and you can move out at anytime.

NO! Easy Self Storage does NOT do monthly increases like our corporate competitors. We are a small honest local business that will not price gouge you one you move in. Whatever the website standard rate on your unit size is the day you move-in will have a 12-month guarantee not to increase above that rate.

Yes! For new renters we frequently offer special promotions such as First Month Free or 50% off for 1-2 months. Check online or contact us for the latest offer. Veteran, Military, First Responder, and Teachers may also receive a discount. One promotion per customer and cannot be combined.

You can typically move in the same day you complete your online rental.

Yes. Our website allows for 24/7 online rentals, payments, and account management. Easy Self Storage is independtly owned but is affiliated with U-Haul. You can also manage your account through the Uhaul website or customer app.
